More About Me

PERSONAL

I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pa. and although I truly love the East Coast (and yes, the Steelers!!), I absolutely fell in love with the Seattle area and Vashon in particular. My interests revolve around anything athletic; watching football, playing basketball, jogging, boating, hiking & anything outdoors! So it appears I have found the perfect place to set roots! I also have been very involved in community events and take great pride in my efforts of fundraising for the Make-a-wish foundation, United Way, and the American Cancer Society.

EXPERIENCE

I have been a full time real estate professional since 2000. I enjoyed tremendous success in the Pittsburgh area working with both buyers and sellers. I have gained vast experience and knowledge in the fine art of negotiation! Being a great real estate agent takes more than just being able to show houses. You must be able to get to know the specific wants and needs of your clients. To instill confidence and earn their trust. Not only to negotiate a great deal, but to be able to take your clients step by step through the entire process to closing, explaining every step along the way. Buying or selling a home can be a stress-filled and confusing time, it is my job to make sure you feel comfortable and confident with every step involved in that process. My clients have always felt like they were family and one thing that has always held true...You always take care of your family! I strive for excellence in every aspect of my life and that goes for real estate as well. I can print out a list of all my accomplisments and awards, but ultimately it's like Lou Holtz once said, "If what you did yesterday seems big, you haven't done anything today."...I'm looking forward to today.

LIFE ON VASHON

It's beautiful, it's unique, it's quirky, it's ecclectic, it's artsy, it's nature at it's ultimate best. From the incredible views of the city, Mt. Rainer and Puget Sound to the discovery of a gooey duck in low tide. From the Farmers market to local stands along the road. The smells, the sights, the sounds (or lack there of) the ferries and the people make up this incredible place for anyone to call home. If I could only pick one word to describe life on vashon, it would be ...diverse. There really is something for everyone! If you have never been here...I urge you to take the ferry ride over. You might just fall in love with Vashon and decide this is where your next home should be.
